Healthy ice cream

Recipe: HolisticCreamy nicecream
(2 servings)You need:
- 3 frozen bananas, cut into pieces
- 4 tbsp lingonberry or blueberry powder
- sweetening to taste, such as coconut sugar, honey, stevia, agave or maple syrup
Do as follows:
Peel the bananas and cut them into smaller pieces. Place in the freezer in a plastic bag until frozen. Blend the frozen banana and berry powder in a food processor to the consistency of soft-serve ice cream. Add optional sweetener and blend again. Serve at once with fresh berries!
