Put on your seamless tights like a pair of tights. Start by rolling the tights and placing your foot through. Then gradually pull them up in gentle movements over your calves, knees, and thighs for the best fit. Avoid contact with sharp objects (e.g., Velcro), as the fabric may be delicate.
