Free Metcon vs. Metcon
Compared to classic Nike Metcon (which targets high-intensity workouts), Free Metcon 3 is softer and has a higher level of comfort. The midsole dampens the foot in the event of any jumps and the outer material is both durable and provides a nice support for the foot.
