Hand mittens help extend coverage to keep you warm. They can be packed into the sleeves when not in use.

Pockets help keep your gear secure. The zippered hand pockets have an attached woven pull for easy open and close. Extra drop-in pockets can be found under the chevron. When you need to layer down, the jacket can be packed and stored in the front pocket.
An adjustable hood lets you control your coverage.
