With the help of both ANT + ® and Bluetooth®, HRM-Pro ™ premium chest straps can share exact heart rate data with your Garmin device, compatible fitness equipment and third-party training apps such as Tacx, Zwift etc. It also helps you improve your running form with the help of drainage dynamics, incl. vertical oscillation movement, ground contact time, stride length, etc. HRM-Pro stores your heart rate data while you are in the water and then automatically sends it over to your device when you have finished swimming. During team sports, it can also count steps, calories and intense minutes and then sync with your Garmin watch via the Garmin Connect app ™. The strap is comfortable to wear and has a battery life of up to one year.
