We have added responsive React foam material under the foot to increase the comfortable feeling and a tab that holds down the shoelaces, so you do not have to worry about they go up when you focus on the next personal best.

More stability for lifting

The wide, flat heel has become even more stable thanks to an internal plate that distributes the weight from edge to edge. It is also flexible for a comfortable fit for high-intensity workouts.

Bounce in the ladder

Nike's React foam material provides a comfortable base with cushioning that feels light and resilient when you switch up to cardio and sprints.

Grip from all angles

The updated rubber encloses the hollow foot and provides a good grip for rope climbing. The rubber sole gives you good grip from the gym floor to the sidewalk.
