The Triwa x Mind watch is designed to spark conversations about mental health. It features a unique heat-reactive dial that shifts color to reflect your emotional state. But can a watch really tell how you feel inside?

The science behind mood-changing color (thermochromic pigments) is that it responds to changes in body temperature, which can occur in reaction to cognitive emotions. However, the watch will likely never tell you anything about your inner state that you don’t already know. Instead, see the shifting colors as a reminder to pause and check in with how you’re feeling inside.
