Here are the pictures from our weight vest party!

We at Sportamore invited our female customers to a sweaty session in a weight vest from Abilica under the guidance of the super sisters Ida and Elin Kjos. This is what it looked like!

A weight vest makes both a powerwalk and a workout much tougher. Put the vest on for extra weight, or take it off and work with it instead of a dumbbell. (More tips and tricks can be found HERE.)

To show our customers how challenging and fun it can be to train with a weight vest, we invited them to a session with the training twins Ida and Elin Kjos. In addition, we invited Norwegian training profiles Stine Hartmann and Catrine Collins, who were lyrical after the training session.

- There were really cool exercises that I hadn't thought of before that you can do with a weight vest, such as static exercises for the arms. It will give a real training pain tomorrow, says Stine Hartmann, and she agrees:

- "We like simple exercises with little equipment and this was a great example of how you only need a weight vest to get really sweaty. Burpees with a weight vest are no joke!
