Jessica Clarén demonstrates three challenging cardio exercises

We took a closer look at five different women's training shoes from Nike. PT Jessica Clarén shows exercises tailored to each model. Which shoe is right for you?

How well does Nike Lunar Sculpt handle fast lateral movements and jumps? That's what Jessica Clarén tests when she shows three exercises that will make you gasp.

Nike Lunar Sculpt is made for quick movements in different directions. Jessica Clarén shows two breathless exercises and one exercise that demands your full body strength. Here we go!

1. Agility drill

Remember:
- Maintain an athletic movement pattern at all times so that you have control of your body and feel strong. Work on your speed and then stop briefly on one leg.

Good for: Speed, fitness and coordination.

Number of repetitions: Do the exercise as many times as you can for 30-60 seconds x 3.

2. Frog jump

Think about:
- Landing with control and going as deep into your knees as you can, but without losing control. Make the most explosive jumps you can and stop on the landing so you don't fall forward.

Good for: Explosiveness, leg strength and fitness.

Number of repetitions: Do the exercise as many times as you can for 30-60 seconds x 3.

3. Plank with leg mission

Remember: - The basic position is the same as in a plank. If you want to challenge yourself, stretch your whole body. Then pull one knee forward at a time to the outside of the elbow. If you have limited mobility, pull your knee forward as far as you can. Perform the exercise in a calm and controlled manner. Be active between the shoulder blades so that you push your body off the ground. Do you want the exercise to be even harder? Put the weight forward.

Good for: The whole body, but especially good for the core.

Number of repetitions: As many times as you can for 30-60 seconds x 3. One minute is very hard.

Everything you want to know about Nike Lunar Sculpt!

HERE you will find the Sportamore range of Nike Lunar Sculpt.

Nike Lunar Sculpt is known for being both stable and cushioned and is therefore a good training shoe for those who train at the gym and enjoy going to group training sessions.

- The sole is equipped with grip surfaces that give you a great grip on the surface and minimize the risk of slipping. The sole also provides high stability in lateral shifts," says Stine Tomb, product specialist at Nike.

But if you're doing mostly gym workouts and using your own body weight, consider whether you need a shoe with more flexibility in the sole, such as the Nike Free Tr 6, so that you can do exercises like lunges or planks without feeling like your foot is stuck in the sole.

The Lunar Sculpt comes in bold color combinations and fits snugly on the foot thanks to its seamless upper.

- The upper of the shoes is a bit special and inspired by workout clothes so that it will feel like part of your outfit at the gym. Even the heel cup is very soft and equipped with a foam rubber part that keeps the foot in place.

If you are a person who has used your running shoes in group exercise classes, you should definitely buy a pair of training shoes instead!

- Running shoes are not designed to stabilize your foot when you jump sideways. A training shoe like Lunar Sculpt is flatter to the ground, but still soft and comfortable with responsive Lunarlon cushioning.
